4oz glass jar
I’ve always been a fan of using the plant material strained out of fire cider. It’s not spent and still has lots of medicinal components and flavor. My favorite thing to do is make hot sauce with it (for those of you that have tried my fire cider sauce 😋) but for this batch I decided to use and preserve it by making finishing salt! It turned out so delicious, this is going to be a new staple in our pantry that’s for sure. The first thing I made with it was on my hard boiled eggs with lunch today. It brings such a delicious unique flavor and brings that heat that warms your bones and gets the blood flowing- so needed this time of year. All the goodness of fire cider, preserved in Celtic salt 🤍
